Mom’s Heirloom Brown Bread Mix With Recipe

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Whole wheat flour 1 c Raisins
1/2 c Flour -BROWN BREAD:
2 ts Baking soda 1 pk Mix
1 c Chopped dates 2 c Uttermilk
1 ts Salt 1/2 c Molasses

Mix: Combine all ingredients until well blended. Store in an airtight
container.

Mom’s Heirloom Brown Bread: Preheat oven to 350 and grease loaf pan.
Combine all ingredients, let stand 1/2 hour. Pour into loaf pan and
bake 45-50 minutes.
