Pancake-waffle Sauce For Diabetics

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Apple juice or any unsweet- 1 tb Tapioca, cornstarch or
-ened fruit juice -arrowroot

Combine ingredients and cook, stirring constantly, over medium high heat
until thickened. Serve warm or cold. For variation, add cinnamon or
nutmeg. Makes 1 cup, 16 – 1 Tablespoon servings.
