2 c Bisquick baking mix; 1/2 c Pepperoni; chopped
-original 1/2 c Tomato; chopped
1 c Milk; 1/4 c Green bell pepper,
2 Eggs; -chopped
1/2 c Mozzarella cheese; (2 oz) 2 ts Italian seasoning
-shredded
Heat griddle or skillet; grease if necessary. Beat baking mix, milk,
and eggs with wire whisk or hand better until well blended. Stir in
remaining ingredients. (batter will be thick.) Pour batter by scant
1/4 cups onto hot griddle, spread slightly. Cook until edges are
dry. Turn; cook until golden until golden brown. Serve topped with
warm pizza or spaghetti sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, pepperoni,
