Zucchini And Walnut Sour Cream Pancakes

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c Milk; 2 c Baking mix;
1 c Sour cream; 1 c Zucchini; grated squeezed
2 Eggs; -dry
2 tb Melted butter; 1/4 c Walnuts; chopped

In a large bowl, combine the milk, sour cream, eggs and melted
butter. Mix thoroughly. Add the baking mix, and stir until just
combined. Add the zucchini and walnuts. Pour onto a lightly greased
400 degrees griddle or frying pan.
