Chocolate Zucchini Bread #1

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Oleo
1/2 c Oil
1 3/4 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Sour milk or buttermilk
2 Eggs
2 1/2 c Flour
1 ts Soda
4 tb Cocoa
2 c Shredded zucchini
1/4 c Chocolate chips

OPTIONAL
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Cloves

Cream together oleo, oil, sugar, vanilla, sour milk and eggs. Add flour,
soda, cinnamon, cloves and cocoa; mix well. Fold in zucchini. Put batter
into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Sprinkle 1/4 cup chocalate chips on
top of each loaf before baking. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
