Ingrients & Directions
3 tb Cocoa
1 1/2 c Flour
1/4 c Granulated sugar replacement
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/3 c Liquid shortening
1 tb White vinegar
1 tb Vanilla extract
1 c Water
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Beat to blend
thoroughky. Pour batter into 9″ square baking pan. Bake at 350F for
20 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done. Serve warm. Yield: 9
