Ingrients & Directions
FOR 1-1/2 POUND LOAF
1/2 c Warm water
1 tb Butter; or vegetable oil
3 tb Honey
1 Egg
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 c Whole wheat flour
1 1/4 c Bread flour
1 sm Banana; sliced
1 1/2 ts Poppy seeds
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Dry yeast
FOR 2 POUND LOAF
2/3 c Warm water
1 1/2 tb Butter; or vegetable oil
1/4 c Honey
1 Egg
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c Bread flour
1 Banana; sliced
2 ts Poppy seeds
1 ts Salt
2 ts Dry yeast
Add all ingredients to bread pan in the order given. Use “Basic Bread”
setting.
