5 c Cooking apples peeled and 2 Eggs
Cored 3/4 c Milk
1 c Sugar 2 tb Butter or margerine
1 ts Cinnamon 1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Biscuit mix
TOPPING
2/3 c Flour 1/4 ts Salt
1/3 c Brown sugar packed 3 tb Butter or margerine
Place apples in greased 10 inch pie plate. Pour sugar over top and
sprinkle cinnamon over sugar. Mix the next 5 ingredient in a blender
and blend until smooth. Pour over pie. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and
butter until crumbly. Scatter over apples. Bake at 350 for about 50
minutes until apples are cooked.
