Jeanne’s Kentucky Bourbon Pecan Pie

Ingrients & Directions


3 Eggs 1/2 c Pecans, chopped
1 c Sugar 2 tb Maker’s Mark Kentucky
1/4 c Butter, melted -Bourbon (Her Choice)
3/4 c Light Corn Syrup 1 9 Inch Pie Shell, unbaked
1/2 c Chocolate Chips

* Preheat oven to 350 F.

1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar. Gradually beat in the
melted butter and corn syrup. Stir in the chocolate chips, nuts and
bourbon of your choice.

2. Pour the mixture into the pie shell. Bake for 40 to 50 mins until
the filling is somewhat set.
