Pumpkin Bread In A Coffee Can

Ingrients & Directions


4 x Eggs 1 c Pumpkin; regular can
3 c Sugar 1 1/2 ts Baking soda
3 1/2 c Flour 1 ts Nutmeg
1 c Oil 1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Water 3 x Coffee cans; 13 oz size

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the wet ingredients in one
bowl, and all dry ingredients in another bowl. Then mix both bowl’s
ingredients together. Pour into 3 greased “1 pound” (13 ounce)
coffee cans. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
