Rhubarb Cake #3

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Shortening
1 Egg
2 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Vanilla
1 c Milk
5 c Rhubarb

TOPPING
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 pk Coconut
1 ts Cinnamon

Mix together brown sugar, shortening, egg, flour, salt, vanilla, milk and
rhubarb; pour into pan. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon and coconut on top. Bake
350F for one hour. Top will darken.
