Ingrients & Directions


1 c Mayonnaise
2 tb Chopped sour pickles
1 tb Chopped onion
1 ts Chopped garlic
1 ts Bayou Blast – {Emerils
-Creole Seasoning}; see *

1 tb Lemon juice

* Note: See the Bayou Blast – {Emerils Creole Seasoning} recipe which is
included in this collection.

In a small bowl combine all ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning with
Bayou Blast, if necessary. This recipe yields 1 cup.
