Ingrients & Directions


FOR 1 POUND LOAF
1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast
1 1/2 c Bread flour
2/3 c Rye flour
3 tb Cornmeal
2 tb Dry milk powder
1 tb Oil
1 1/2 tb Honey
1 ts Caraway seed
1 ts Salt
1 ts Caramel color or gravy
-browning sauce
3/4 c Plus
2 tb Water

FOR 1-1/2 POUND LOAF
2 1/2 ts Active dry yeast
2 1/4 c Bread flour
1 c Rye flour
1/4 c Cornmeal
3 tb Dry milk powder
1 1/2 tb Oil
2 tb Honey
1 1/2 ts Caraway seed
1 1/2 ts Salt
