Ethel Ritchie’s 1-2-3 Beer Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 Bottle beer
2 tb Sugar
3 c Self rising flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix all ingredients together, and turn into a
greased 9″x5″x3″ baking pan. Pop it into the oven for about an hour and a
quarter, testing with a toothpick to make sure it’s done.
