2 Egg whites
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
6 oz Chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually, beating at high
speed for 5 minutes. Fold in vanilla and chocolate chips.
3. Drop from spoon onto foil-lined pan.
4. Put in hot oven and turn off heat. Leave overnight or at least 8
hours.
Sweet and decadent, but easy. Great for Christmas – Add food colouring, if
desired
