Ingrients & Directions
1/3 c Margarine, pareve
3 Egg yolks
1 tb Honey
1 c Sugar
1/3 c Boiling water
Cream margarine and sugar. Add slightly beaten egg yolks and water and
cook over very low flame until mixture thickens. Remove from flame and add
honey. Serve over bread pudding.
Yield: 1/2 cup
