Mom’s Chocolate Chlp Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Butter or margarine — 2 ea Eggs — lightly beaten
Softened 1 ts Vanilla extract
3/4 c Packed brown sugar 2 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1/4 c Sugar 1 ts Baking soda
1 pk Instant vanilla pudding mix 2 c Semisweet chocolate chips —
3 3/8 Ounces 12 Ounces

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add pudding mix, eggs and
vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda: add to creamed mixture and mix
well. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased
baking sheets. Bake at 375 deg. for 10-12 minutes or until lightly
browned. Yield: 4 dozen
