Ingrients & Directions
Pastry for 1 crust pie 2 c Dark corn syrup; (1 bottle
2 tb Flour -of Karo)
1 tb Granulated sugar 1 ts Vanilla extract
3 Eggs; lightly beaten 1 c Pecan halves
1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
2. Line a 9″ pie plate with the pastry.
3. Combine the flour and sugar and add to the beaten eggs, beating
well. Add the corn syrup, vanilla and pecans, stirring well to blend.
4. Pour the pecan mixture into the pie shell and bake 10 minutes.
Reduce the heat to 325F and continue baking about 45 minutes.
