1 c Salad oil
1/4 c Vinegar
1 Clove garlic; finely chopped
1 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Red pepper flakes
1 ts Parsley
3/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Basil
3 lb Lamb; veal or beef, cut into
-cubes

Mix together all ingredients except meat. Pour over meat; mix well.
Marinate overnight, or longer for better flavor. Put on skewers; cook over
hot coals.
