Ingrients & Directions
2 c Sugar 1/2 c Raisins
2 c Flour 8 oz Cream cheese
2 Eggs 1 Stick of butter
2 ts Baking soda 1 Box of powdered sugar
20 oz Can of crushed pineapple 1 ts Vanilla
1 ts Vanilla 1 c Nuts
1/2 c Nuts
Hand mix sugar, flour, eggs, baking soda, pineapple, 1 ts vanilla,
nuts and raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in a 9 x 13
inch pan.
Icing: Let cheese and butter soften, then mix in with remaining
