3 oz Butter
3 oz Margarine
2 oz Caster sugar
2 Eggs; beaten
3 oz Currants
1 tb Ground almonds
8 oz Curd
Splash of milk
1 Line the greased tins with pastry. Mash the curds. Add the butter,
margarine and caster sugar into a bowl and beat. Add the two beaten eggs,
currants, ground almonds and a drop of milk to moisten the mix.
2 Place the filling into the pastry cases and bake for approximately 20
minutes at 190c.
