2 pk Cream Cheese (16oz)softened Dash Ground Nutmeg
1/2 c Pumpkin 1 Ready to use Graham Cracker
1/2 c Brown sugar, packed firmly Crumb crust (6oz or 9-inch)
1/2 t Vanilla 3/4 c Chopped Pecans
1/2 t Ground Cinnamon 2 T Maple-flavored syrup
Dash Ground Cloves
Mix cream cheese, Pumpkin, brown sugar, vanilla and spices at medium
speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add Eggs; mix until
blended.
Pour into crust. Sprinkle with pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Drizzle with syrup just
before serving. Makes 8 servings.
