1/2 c Butter 1 c Plus 2 tb of flour
6 tb Granulated sugar 1/2 ts Baking powder
6 tb Brown sugar 1/2 ts Salt
1 Egg
TOPPING
1/2 c Brown sugar, firmly packed 6 oz Chocolate chips
1 Egg 1/2 c Pecans, chopped
1/8 ts Salt 1/2 ts Vanilla
Combine and beat first four ingredients. Sift together and add the
last three ingredients. Spoon by rounded tb into cupcake papers.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
Beat until creamy first three ingredients. Add chips, nuts and
vanilla. Stir. Spoon 1 tb over each cupcake. Bake at 375 degrees
