White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1/4 c Margarine — softened
3 tb Margarine — softened
1/4 c Skim milk — at room
Temperature
1 ts Vanilla
2 Egg whites — whipped
3 1/2 c Unbleached flour
2/3 c Granulated sugar
2/3 c Brown sugar — packed
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
2/3 c Vanilla chocolate chips

Preheat oven at 350. Prepare baking sheets with cooking spray. In a
mixing bowl, combine margarine, milk, and egg whites. In another mixing
bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips. Mix
wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened. Drop by
rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets. Bake for 12 minutes.
