Coffee Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c Salad oil
6 Eggs, beaten
9 c All-purpose flour, sifted
4 1/2 c Sugar
4 tb Baking powder
1 tb Salt
3 c Milk, 1% lowfat
SPICY TOPPING, see recipe

Combine salad oil, eggs, and milk. Sift together dry ingredients;add to
milk mixture; mix well. Pour into greased pan. Sprinkle with spicy topping.
Bake at 375 Degrees for 25 minutes. (rotate after 10 minutes)
