Crab Cakes

Ingrients & Directions


1 lb Lump crab meat
1 ts Ground mustard
1/2 Green pepper; finely diced
1/3 c Mayonnaise
1 Egg
1 tb Salt
1/4 ts White ground pepper
4 oz Yellow onion; finely diced
2 tb Tabasco Sauce
6 c Bread crumbs

Combine mustard, green pepper, mayonnaise, egg, salt, ground pepper,
onion, and Tabasco sauce in stainless steel bowl. Fold together with
crabmeat (being careful not to disintegrate the crabmeat). Mix in the
bread crumbs (2 cups at a time). Portion into 5 oz patty and place on
baking sheet. Cover, place in freezer to set. Grill when ready.
