Ethiopian Honey Bread

Ingrients & Directions


FOR 1 LB LOAF
1/2 tb Yeast
3 tb Dry milk
2 1/4 c Bread flour
1/4 ts Cloves
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 tb Coriander
1/3 ts Salt
2 1/4 tb Oil
3 tb Honey
2/3 c Water

-FOR 1-1/2 LB LOAF-
2 ts Yeast
1/4 c Dry milk
3 c Bread flour
1/3 ts Cloves
3/4 ts Cinnamon
2 ts Coriander
1/2 ts Salt
3 tb Oil
1/4 c Honey
1 c Water

Load ingredients into breadmachine pan according to manufacturer’s
directions. Bake on light crust setting. Delayed timer okay. “Yeast” refers
to active dry yeast.
