Ingrients & Directions


1 Envelope Onion-Mushroom –
Soup mix OR Beefy mushroom-
OR Beefy Onion Soup Mix
1 1/2 lb Ground beef
2 c Fresh bread crumbs
1 c Sour cream
1 Egg
1/4 ts Dried thyme or basil,crushed
1 tb All-purpose flour
1 1/2 c (6oz) shredded cheddar
3 1/2 c Hot cooked asst. vegetables

Combine soup mix, ground beef, bread crumbs, sour cream, egg and thyme in
large bowl. Sprinkle flour into 9 inch pie pan. Press ground beef mixture
onto bottom and up side of pan, shaping edge 3/4 inch above pan and forming
a center well. Bake in preheated 350F oven 40 minutesl; drain. Layer 3/4
cup of the cheese, the vegetables and then remaining 3/4 cup cheese on meat
mixture. Bake 10 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
