Bourbon Pie

Ingrients & Directions


4 Eggs
3/4 c White corn syrup
1/2 c Sugar
1 Stick butter
1/2 c Brn. sugar
1 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c Chopped pecans
3 tb Flour
1 ts Vanilla
4 tb Kentucky Bourbon

Whisk flour into bourbon – set aside. Melt butter. Beat eggs and mix in all
other ingredients. Add bourbon and butter. Stir. Pour into shell. Cook at
350 degrees 50-60 minutes.
