Ingrients & Directions
4 Eggs 1 1/2 ts Baking powder
2 c Brown sugar 1 1/2 c Chopped nuts
1 tb Butter 1 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 c Flour Powdered sugar
Beat eggs in top of double boiler. Blend brown sugar and butter,
place over boiling water and cook until hot, stirring constantly,
about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Sift in flour and baking powder,
blend well. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into well greased,
lightly floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Randy Rigg
