Carrot Cake #1

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Flour 1 c Chopped nuts
2 c Sugar Frosting:
1 tb Cinnamon 1 sm Pk cream cheese
2 ts Soda 1/4 Stick margarine
2/3 c Cooking oil 1 ts Vanilla
2 c Grated carrots 2 1/2 c Powdered sugar
4 Eggs

Mix all ingredients in order; beat well. Pour into 2 9x5x2-inch loaf
pans. Bake at 350 degrees one hr., or until done. Frost with the
following frosting, if desired.

Frosting:

Mix all ingredients well. Spread frosting over cooled cake.
