1 1/2 c Martha Gooch Pancake and
-Waffle Mix
1/2 c Sugar
2 tb Cocoa
3/4 c Chopped nuts
1/2 c Milk
1 ts Vanilla
3/4 c Firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c Cocoa
Cake forms on the top with a fudgy pudding sauce on the bottom
Combine mix, sugar, cocoa, nuts, milk and vanilla in a 8″ pan.
Combine brown sugr and cocoa and sprinkle over the mixture in the pan.
Carefully pour 1 1/2 c. boiling water over all. DO NOT STIR! Bake at 350x F
for 35-40 minutes or until edges pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool
in the pan 15 minutes before serving.
Variation: Omit nuts and add 1 c. miniature marshmallows.
