German Beer Bread

Ingrients & Directions


3 c Self-rising flour
2 tb Sugar, rounded
12 oz Beer, room temperature
1 1/2 ts Dillweed, cheese OR Bacon
-bits (opt)
1 pn Salt
1/2 c Butter, melted

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first five ingredients together well.
Pour into greased 9×5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Pour butter
over top and bake 10 minutes more or until brown. Best when eaten
warm.
