1 lb Ground turkey 2 1/2 oz Jar sliced mushrooms,
1/4 c Milk – drained
1/4 c Seasoned bread crumbs 1/4 c Grated parmesan
1 ts Garlic salt 1 c Shredded mozzarella (4 oz)
1/4 ts Pepper 2 tb Chopped green pepper
1 ts Crushed oregano leaves 2 tb Sliced olives
4 tb Tomato paste
Combine turkey, milk, bread crumbs, garlic salt, pepper and 1/2 tsp
crushed oregano. Press mix evenly over bottom and sides of 9 inch
pie plate. Spread paste over meat “crust.” Top with oregano,
mushrooms and parmesan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with
mozzarella, green pepper, olives. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool 5
minutes, cut into wedges. Makes 6 servings.
