Aloha Chocolate Cream Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 pk JELL-O sugar-free instant
-chocolate; (4-serving)
; pudding mix
2/3 c Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk
-Powder
2 c Crushed pineapple; packed in
-fruit
; juice, undrained
; (two 8-ounce cans)
1/2 c Cool Whip Free
1 ts Coconut extract
1 Keebler chocolate pie crust;
-(6-ounce)
2 tb Flaked coconut

In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix and dry millk powder. Add
undrained pineapple. Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in Cool Whip
Free and coconut extract. Evenly spread mixture into pie crust.
Sprinkle coconut evenly over top. Refrigerate for at least 20
minutes. Cut into 8 servings.

HINT: Good topped with 1 tablespoon Cool Whip Lite, but don’t forget
to count the few additional calories.
