Banana Cream Cheese Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c Vanilla wafer crumbs 1 c Sugar
1/4 c Sugar 3 x Eggs
6 tb Butter, melted 1/2 c Bananas, mashed
16 oz Cream cheese, softened 1 x Banana, sliced

Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: 50 mn Beat
the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until light & fluffy.
Gradually, add the sugar, mixing well after each addition. Add the
eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Stir in mashed bananas.
Pour filling into the cooled pie shell and place sliced banana on
top. Bake for 50 minutes in a preheated 350F degree oven. Cool on a
wire rack and refridgerate until ready to serve. From the Collection
