Crust 1 1/2 ts Vanilla
2 c Graham cracker crumbs 2/3 c Plus 1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 c Melted butter 1/2 ts Almond flavoring
1/4 c Sugar Topping
Filling 1 pt Sour cream
16 oz Cream cheese-softened 1/3 c Sugar
2 Eggs 1/2 ts Almond flavoring
Crust: Melt butter. Add sugar to graham cracker crumbs and blend with
butter until well mixed. Put in bottom of spring form pan.
Filling: Mix softened cream cheese with eggs, sugar, vanilla and
almond flavoring. Pour over crust and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
When cold add sour cream topping.
Topping: Blend sour cream, sugar and almond flavoring until smooth.
Pour over cooled cake. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Chill
several hours before serving.
