Sourdough Beer Bread #1

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/3 c Sourdough starter
1/4 c Water
1/2 c Flat beer
2 tb Vegetable oil
3 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Sugar
1 1/2 ts Yeast

Place all the ingredients in the machine and program for basic white bread.
Set the temperature control to Dark and press Start. Suggest is to flatten
beer, pour it into a small saucepan and heat it to a simmer.
