Ingrients & Directions


1 pk Dry yeast (regular) 1 tb Dry skim milk
2 c Bread flour 1 tb Butter
1 ts Salt 1 c (minus 1 tb) water
1 tb Sugar

*Note: The key to a successful loaf of bread is maintaining the
correct ratio of moisture to dry ingredients… The amount of liquid
listed above is what works for me, you may have to adjust it for your
particular altitude…

1) Assemble the machine and pour the yeast into the inner pot
along the edge, then add all of the remaining ingredients, carefully
adding the water last…

2) Select MED on the indcator, close the top and press start…

3) When the bread is done, let cool and slice, serve as
desired…

*Variations: For Cinnamon bread; add 3/4 tb cinnamon to the dry
ingredients, then add 1 ts cinnamon mixed into 1 tb of sugar when the
electronic timer beeps 10 times. After brushing the top of the
finished loaf with melted butter, dust the top of it with additional
cinnamon/sugar mix…

For Applesauce bread: Subsitute 1/2 of the water with a like amount
of any CHUNKY style applesauce.After brushing the top of the finished
loaf with melted butter, dust the top of it with additional
cinnamon/sugar mix…

For Maple Walnut Bread; Subsitute 2 tb DARK maple syrup for a like
amonut of water and add 1/4 ts maple flavoring to the water. Add 1/2
c finely chopped walnuts to the pot when the electronic tmer beeps 10
times…
