Buttermilk Pie #1

Ingrients & Directions


3 Eggs
3/4 c Sugar
1/3 c Buttermilk
1 ts Vanilla
3/4 Stick butter; melted
1 cn (7-oz) coconut
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1/2 c Chopped pecans; optional

Beat eggs with sugar. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into crust
and bake at 325 for 30-35 minutes.
