Ingrients & Directions


-1 1/2 POUND LOAF-
1 1/4 c Milk 1 tb Brown sugar
1/2 c Ricotta cheese 3/4 ts Salt
2 c Whole wheat flour 3/4 ts Dried italian seasoning,
1 c Bread flour Crushed
1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated 1 ts Yeast

Add ingredients according to manufacturer’s directions.

Per serving: 75 cal, 4 g pro, 13 g carb, 1 g fat (1 g sat) 3 mg chol,
101 mg sodium, 78 mg pot.
