Ingrients & Directions


2 ts Active Dry Yeast 1 1/2 ts Salt
2 c Bread Flour 1 1/2 tb Vegetable Oil
1 c Whole-Wheat Flour 3/4 c Sourdough Starter
3 tb Wheat Germ 1 c Water
1 1/2 tb Sugar

Add all the ingredients in the order suggested by your ABM manual and
process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer’s
