Country Style Buttermilk Pancakes With Berry Sauce

Ingrients & Directions


2 tb Corn oil
3 Egg whites
1 c Buttermilk
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Cornmeal
1/2 c Wheat flour, whole-grain
1/2 c White flour
**BERRY SAUCE**
2 c Berries
2 tb Honey
2 tb Sugar

Beat together buttermilk, egg whites, and corn oil. Stir buttermilk
mixture into the dry ingredient mixture. Mix. Top with Homemade Berry
Sauce

BERRY SAUCE: Combine 2 cups berries (blueberries, raspberries or
strawberries), honey and sugar in small saucepan stirring constantly. Turn
heat down and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve warm.
