Doubly Moist Chocolate Snacking Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1 2/3 c Flour 1 c Water
1 c Brown sugar 1/3 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Powdered cocoa 1 t Vinegar
1 t Baking soda 3/4 t Vanilla
1/4 t Salt 1/2 c Chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine the dry ingredients. Make well. Add
all of the liquid ingredients and beat until thoroughly blended.
Pour into 8×8 greased and floured pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over
top and bake 35-40 minutes or until cake tests clean. Cool and cut
