Italian Stuffed Bread

Ingrients & Directions


2 Loaves frozen bread
2 lb Ground meat
1 tb Each fennel seed, oregano,
-salt & Pepper
Green onions, cut small
Grated cheddar cheese
Stuffed salad olives
Jalapeno peppers
Parmesan cheese

Let 2 loaves frozen bread rise. Divide each loaf into 4 parts. Roll flat
into about 1/4″ ovals. Cook 2 lbs ground meat, with 1 tbsp each: fennel
seed, oregano, salt & Pepper. Spread over bread. Next spread green onions
cut small. Layer grated cheddar cheese lay, stuffed salad olives. Then a
layer of jalapeno peppers and sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese. Bring side and
ends of bread up and seal. Let rise 20 minutes. Bake til brown,
approximately 20-25 minutes at 375 deg. Cool. Wrap in foil and freeze.
Reheat in same foil. Serve hot.
