Ingrients & Directions
2 1/4 ts Active Dry Yeast 3/4 ts Anise Seed
2 1/4 c Bread Flour 3/4 ts Salt
3/4 c Rye Flour 1 1/2 tb Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 tb Orange Zest — grated 1/3 c Honey
3/4 ts Ginger — ground 3/4 c Sourdough Starter
3/4 ts Cloves, Ground 3/4 c Water
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your ABM manual and
process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer’s
directions.
