Grandmother’s Brown Sugar Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


3 c Brown sugar
3/4 c Shortening
4 Eggs
5 c Flour
3/4 ts Baking soda
3/4 ts Cream tartar
1 ts Vanilla

Flour to make a soft dough. Roll, cut and bake in quick oven.

Note: Quick oven is probably around 425 F.
