Whole Wheat Pancakes – Butter Busters ^

Ingrients & Directions


1/4 c Flour 1/4 c Egg Beaters
1/2 c Whole wheat flour 1/2 c Vanilla nonfat yogurt
2 t Baking powder 1/4 c Water
2 t Sugar or 1 packet Sweet ‘n 1 ea Tb liquid Butter Buds
-Low Nonfat cooking spray

Combine flours, baking powder and sugar in a large bowl; make a well
in center of mixture. Combine Egg Beaters, yogurt, water and liquid
Butter Buds. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just moistened. For
each pancake, pour 3 tablespoons batter onto a onstick skillet that
has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Turn pancakes when tops are
covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Per sugar serving: 60
cal., 0.2g fat (0%), 0mg chol., 1g fiber, 3g pro., 11g carb., 114mg
