Homemade Lemon Pie Filling Mix

Ingrients & Directions


2 1/2 c Lemonade powder —
Presweetened
1 c Cornstarch — PLUS
2 tb Cornstarch
1 1/4 c Sugar — or more to taste
1 ts Salt

In a medium bowl, combine lemonade powder, cornstarch, sugar and salt. Mix
well. Put in a 1-qt airtight container. Label with date and contents.
Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 4-6 months.

Makes about 4 1/4 c of Homemade Lemon Pie Filling.
