8 oz Cream cheese; softened -Fresh whole berries
1 tb Orange rind; grated -Seedless green grapes
2 tb Orange juice -Pitted sweet cherries
1/2 c Sugar, confectioners -Sliced peaches
1 Crust, crumb 8″ -Nectarines
6 Crumb tart shells -Plums; etc.
2 c Fresh fruit; such as
Beat cheese, rind, juice, and sugar together until fluffy. Fill pie
crust o tart shells with cheese mixture. Chill thoroughly. Top with
fruit. Add 1 tablesppon lemon juice to peaches or nectarines to
prevent discoloration. S more sugar generously over fruit.
